A pesar de la sentencia a mi favor, después de cuatro años de lucha, no es un proceso agradable...pero sí necesario, por respeto a esta profesión denostada y por la que la mayoría de artistas vivimos con sacrificio.
La cárcel no era un objetivo en absoluto, y de hecho se ofreció llegar a acuerdos que fueron denegados a pesar de la evidencia del caso, aunque me tranquiliza saber que la pena no se cumple con menos de 2 años.
Gracias desde aquí al Ayuntamiento de Arrecife por la asistencia del testigo , el Concejal de Fiestas que por ese entonces ejercía su cargo, y al abogado que , a pesar de las dificultades por los pocos casos de propiedad intelectual, siguió adelante.
